Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees added, the only other costs incurred are those for the Notaire, usually between 8-10% of the price.
Can I have the exact location so I can view the outside?
The procedure with estate agents in France is different to that of the UK. The property details do not reveal the exact location and the estate agents prefer to accompany interested viewers. This a security measure, mainly due to property poaching by people operating as property searchers/sellers who are not registered as estate agents and are working illegally; making large profits from the unsuspecting buyer.
Can I make an offer?
It is often possible to make an offer on a property, but we recommend that you take guidance from the negotiator who is liasing with the vendor.

Can I put my private sale property on the site?
CFPS now takes private sales on the web site for a one off fee. Please contact the webmaster for further details.
Will you add extra images?
The webmaster is happy to add a few more images to the property details. By sending images to be added to the site you are confirming that the image or copyright to the image is yours and that CFPS has permission to use these images in connection with your property.
Will you change details of my property?
Correcting an error in the description is acceptable but to change a major detail such as property price, size of land etc for a property sold through an immobilier you will have to contact the agency dealing with your property and ask them to confirm the change with CFPS.
